Last Wednesday, Madison Highland Prep made easy work of ALA - Anthem South and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Heat.

Meanwhile, Gilbert Classical Academy got the win against ALA - Anthem South on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Gilbert Classical Academy was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-13, 25-9.

Madison Highland Prep better keep an eye on John Vu. He was instrumental in Gilbert Classical Academy's win, getting five aces and three digs. That's the most aces Vu has posted over his last six games.

Gilbert Classical Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 18 aces. They are a perfect 11-0 when they serve at least ten aces.
