Football Recap: Pepperell Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Pepperell lost against Christian Heritage back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Dragons took a 30-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The Dragons gained 73 more yards on the day, but it was the Lions that made the best use of them.

Despite the loss, Pepperell still got an impressive performance from Moss Tant, who threw for 143 yards and three touchdowns.

Pepperell dropped their record down to 1-2 with the loss, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Christian Heritage, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pepperell will face off against Cedartown at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Christian Heritage, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Dade County at 7:30 p.m. on the 12th. This will be the Lions' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
