Volleyball Recap: Olmsted Falls' Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Olmsted Falls waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the North Ridgeville Rangers with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Olmsted Falls not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept North Ridgeville between 14 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16, 25-14.

Olmsted Falls had a senior duo take command as Addison Koontz had 11 digs and two aces and Delaney Radigan had 11 digs and two aces. Those 11 digs set a new season-high mark for Radigan.

Olmsted Falls' victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for North Ridgeville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Olmsted Falls is set to challenge their familiar foe Elyria at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, North Ridgeville will square off against rival Avon at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
