It was a good run, but Hixson unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Loudon Redskins by a score of 2-1. Hixson were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Loudon apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2018.

Hixson's loss dropped their record down to 7-3-2. As for Loudon, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5-2 record this season.

While Hixson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
