Meanwhile, Hollidaysburg suffered their biggest loss since April 26, 2024 on Tuesday. They lost 11-1 to Bald Eagle Area. The Golden Tigers have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Sophia Morris made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one double and one RBI.

Hollidaysburg now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Philipsburg-Osceola, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
