Basketball Recap: Hermon Takes Down Ranked Ellsworth

Hermon faced Ellsworth in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Hawks managed a 51-45 victory over the Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 48-44 back in December of 2025.

The win was the fourth in a row for Hermon, bringing their record up to 13-1. As for Ellsworth, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-5.
