Soccer Recap: Ellenville Takes a Loss

Ellenville lost against Dover back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Blue Devils came up short against the Dragons, falling 8-0.

Ellenville's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Dover, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ellenville will challenge Onteora at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. Ellenville will be up against Onteora's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.25 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Dover, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Spackenkill at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
