Softball Recap: Gregori Jaguars vs. Downey Knights

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gregori). They never let the Downey Knights get on the board and left with a 19-0 victory on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Jaguars as they're now sitting on four straight.

Kaliyah Mauia was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and four runs. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. Olivia McNelis was another key player, going 3-for-4 with five RBI, two doubles, and one run.

Gregori hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most five strikeouts in 14 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.
