Basketball Recap: St. Charles Comes Up Short

St. Charles was the 42-41 winner over Grove City when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The game between the Cardinals and the Greyhounds didn't end well, with the Cardinals falling 68-52.

St. Charles' defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Grove City, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Charles will square off against Bishop Ready at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Grove City, they will take on New Albany at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Greyhounds' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
