Baseball Recap: Northwestern Lehigh Has No Trouble Against Saucon Valley

Northwestern Lehigh hadn't done well against Saucon Valley recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Tigers blew past the Panthers 13-3. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won eight matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Cannon Fitch was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Eli Zimmerman was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple.

The win made it two in a row for Northwestern Lehigh and bumps their season record up to 18-4.
