Baseball Recap: Germantown Takes a Loss

Germantown and North Warren Central squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Germantown had to settle for second. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Clippers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Germantown's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for North Warren Central, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-5-1.

Germantown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Warren Central, they will challenge Lake Placid at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
