Baseball Recap: Ross Now 8-1 over Last Nine Games

Ross had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Tippecanoe Red Devils on Saturday as they made off with a 12-2 win. The Rams have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Red Devils, too.

Ross is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Tippecanoe, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 24-4.

As of now, neither Ross nor the Red Devils have any future games scheduled.
