Football Recap: Hancock Takes a Loss

Hancock was the 34-28 winner over Stonewall Jackson when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers took a 20-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Generals on Friday. The loss leaves the Panthers still looking for their first win of the season.

Hancock's record is now 0-6. As for Stonewall Jackson, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Hancock will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Clear Spring at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. As for Stonewall Jackson, they will head out to take on Park View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Generals will be up against the Patriots' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.17 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
