It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but Linganore ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Manchester Valley Mavericks 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Linganore also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Linganore's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Linganore will square off against Walkersville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Manchester Valley, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Francis Scott Key at 6:30 p.m. on the 18th.
