Basketball Recap: Saint Thomas More Academy Beats Bloomfield Christian School for Their Third Straight Victory

Bloomfield Christian School typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Saint Thomas More Academy proved too difficult a challenge. They were the clear victor by a 48-28 margin over the Bloomfield Christian School Defenders. The victory was just business as usual for the Griffins, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Bloomfield Christian School lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Heidi Jeromin, who posted 12 points. That was a full 42.9% of Bloomfield Christian School's points, marking the sixth time in a row Jeromin has scored more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Lexi Ruma, who earned five points.

Saint Thomas More Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Bloomfield Christian School, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.
