Baseball Recap: Eastern Lebanon County Comes Up Short

After flying high against Octorara Area on Wednesday, Eastern Lebanon County came back down to earth. The Raiders took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Donegal Indians on Thursday. The Raiders were not able to make up for their loss to the Indians from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Tyce Boyer was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one RBI.

Eastern Lebanon County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Donegal, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Eastern Lebanon County will take on rival Cocalico at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Donegal is set to challenge their familiar foe Octorara Area at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
