 It was a good run, but  Cache unfortunately witnessed the end of their  five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Purcell Dragons by a score of  6-5.
  Colton Rother made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Gunner Kness, who  went 1-for-2 with a  stolen base, a  double,  and  an  RBI.
 On Purcell's side,  Boston Knowles was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Cole Smedley, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Cache now  has a losing record at 9-10. As for Purcell, they pushed their record up to 10-15 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home.
 While Cache had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
