Basketball Recap: Richards Gets the Win

The Richards Panthers narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Mumford Mustangs 40-38.

HEATH GRAVES was the offensive standout of the matchup as he went 9-for-19 en route to 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of OWEN PIERSALL, who posted ten points.

The victory got Richards back to even at 1-1. As for Mumford, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Richards has already played their next game, a 75-57 win against Frassati Catholic on the 24th. As for Mumford, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 50-39 victory against Rockdale on the 25th.
