Rolla has gone a perfect 5-0 against Washington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bulldogs will welcome the Bluejays at 4:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Rolla and four for Washington.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Saturday. Rolla fell just short of Kearney by a score of 5-4. That's two games in a row now that Rolla has lost by just one run.

Meanwhile, Washington didn't have quite enough to beat Fort Zumwalt East on Wednesday and fell 2-1.

Washington saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nakai Scott, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Rolla's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-13.

Rolla took their win against Washington in their previous matchup back in March of 2021 by a conclusive 10-3 score. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Bluejays have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
