Sylvan Hills and Beebe are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Bears will head out to square off against the Badgers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Sylvan Hills turned things around against North Little Rock on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Charging Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Beebe posted their closest win since October 3, 2024 on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Jacksonville 3-2.

Beebe had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 22-25, 25-23, 25-20, 15-10.

The victory got Beebe back to even at 9-9-1. As for Sylvan Hills, their win bumped their record up to 8-10-3.

Sylvan Hills took their victory against Beebe in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bears since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
