Volleyball Recap: Regis Jesuit Extends Winning Streak to Three

Regis Jesuit extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Clayton Kollmeyer. The Raiders walked away with a 3-1 win over the Rockhurst Hawklets on Saturday for which the team can thank Kollmeyer, who had 20 digs and two aces. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 13 or more in each of the last four games he's played.

The victory didn't come easy: Rockhurst scored at least 21 points in every set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-21, 16-25, 25-22.

Regis Jesuit's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Rockhurst, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-3.

Coincidentally, Regis Jesuit and Rockhurst will both be playing De Smet Jesuit the next time they take the court. The Hawklets will host the Spartans at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Raiders will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
