Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eastern Tech). They blew past the Owings Mills Golden Eagles 72-21 on Monday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Mavericks with their most commanding win of the season.

Eastern Tech has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-12 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.4 points over those games. As for Owings Mills, they are on a 14-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-14-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastern Tech will challenge Joppatowne at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Owings Mills, they will host Chesapeake at 5:30 p.m. on February 18th.
