Basketball Game Preview: Anacoco Indians vs. South Beauregard Knights

The Anacoco Indians will take on the South Beauregard Knights at 5:00 a.m. on Friday. Both are out to turn their luck around after having lost tight contests in their previous games.

Anacoco is headed into the game having just suffered their closest loss since November 16, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of Ebarb by a score of 43-41.

Meanwhile, South Beauregard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 67-64 heartbreaker at the hands of Kinder.

Anacoco's loss dropped their record down to 19-19. As for South Beauregard, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-22.

Anacoco strolled past South Beauregard when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a score of 48-30. Does Anacoco have another victory up their sleeve, or will South Beauregard turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
