Volleyball Recap: San Rafael Falls Short of Terra Linda in the Playoffs

San Rafael and Terra Linda squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but San Rafael had to settle for second. They came up short against the Trojans, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss back in March.

San Rafael was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22, 25-21.

Among those leading the charge was Logan Miles, who had 23 assists and four digs. That's the most digs he has posted since back in March.

San Rafael's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Terra Linda, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-10 record this season.

San Rafael does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Terra Linda, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Tamalpais on the 30th.
