Volleyball Recap: Campbell Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Campbell lost against Hillgrove back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Spartans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hawks.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15.

Laila Ned paced Campbell's offense, picking up six kills. Ned got some help from Sidney Forstner and her eight assists.

Campbell's loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-13. As for Hillgrove, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-17.

Campbell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Pebblebrook on the 11th. As for Hillgrove, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Harrison on the 11th.
