Basketball Game Preview: Twin Loup Wolves vs. Centura Centurions

The Twin Loup Wolves will square off against the Centura Centurions at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Twin Loup knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Centura likes a good challenge.

Twin Loup will bounce into Saturday's game after beating Mullen, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Wolves claimed a resounding 59-28 victory over the Broncos. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Broncos recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Yahya Harris produced another solid effort dropping a double-double with 32 points and ten boards. The matchup was his seventh in a row with at least 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Henry Sortum, who posted two points along with nine rebounds, three steals, and three blocks.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Centura). They took down Centennial 67-51 on Friday.

Centura's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-13. As for Twin Loup, their win bumped their record up to 12-2.
