Basketball Recap: Bath County's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Eastern Montgomery, Bath County was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They took down the Craig County Rockets 50-36. The win was some much needed relief for the Chargers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Bath County's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 3-9. As for Craig County, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Parry McCluer the next time they take the court. Craig County will head out to face Parry McCluer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Bath County will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 4th.
