 Clyde is 8-2 against Wall since March of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Clyde Bulldogs will look to defend their home field  against the Wall Hawks at 5:00  p.m. Clyde will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  game than the last.
 On Friday, Clyde narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  team sidled past Merkel  7-6.
  Kaycee Bingham spent all seven innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned  (and one unearned) runs on three hits and racked up six Ks.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Jaci Jeffers, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Chasity Davis, who  went 1-for-3 with three  RBI and a  double.
 Meanwhile, Wall stacked  a  tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They never let Grape Creek onto the board and left with  a   15-0  win. The  victory was nothing new for Wall as they're now sitting on four straight.
 Clyde's win bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Wall, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won 13 of their last 14 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record  this season.
 Clyde was able to grind out a solid  victory over Wall in their previous meeting  back in March of 2023, winning  4-0. Does  Clyde have another victory up their sleeve, or will Wall turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
