Football Recap: Westside Warriors vs. Highland Rebels
Westside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were dealt a 46-6 defeat at the hands of the Highland Rebels. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 43-7 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Highland was led to victory by Keagan Statler and Austin Christy. Statler gained 175 total yards, while Christy threw for 132 yards and two touchdowns while completing 90% of his passes.
