Soccer Recap: C.H. Yoe Comes Up Short

C.H. Yoe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the La Grange Leopards. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against La Grange this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat back in January.

C.H. Yoe's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for La Grange, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. C.H. Yoe will challenge rival Smithville at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, La Grange is set to face off against their familiar foe Caldwell at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
