Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Reagan couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the Warren Warriors by a score of 5-3 on Friday. The Rattlers' loss signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Reagan's defeat dropped their record down to 23-8-2. As for Warren, they have been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 19 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

While Reagan had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
