Trinity Christian School of Griffin posted their biggest win yet this season last Monday. They were the clear victor by a 45-20 margin over Flint River Academy.

Trinity Christian School of Griffin got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was McKinleigh Norwood out in front who scored ten points along with seven steals. Norwood has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last ten times she's played. Leah McLaurin was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six rebounds and six steals.

Meanwhile, Peoples Baptist Academy waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins but they left with five. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 52-13 win over Grace Christian Academy. Peoples Baptist Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 25 points or more this season.

Emma Satterfield was her usual excellent self, scoring 31 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Lindsey St. Cyr, who scored eight points.

Trinity Christian School of Griffin's win bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Peoples Baptist Academy, they pushed their record up to 7-4 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Trinity Christian School of Griffin came up short against Peoples Baptist Academy when the teams last played back in November of 2023, falling 56-48. Can Trinity Christian School of Griffin avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
