Four Corners was not the first on the board on Monday, but they got there more often. They walked away with a 9-4 victory over the Ridge Community Bolts. The win continues a trend for the Coyotes in their matchups with the Bolts: they've now won three in a row.

Cameron Morgan made a splash no matter where he played. He tossed six innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits. Morgan was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.

In other batting news, Mateo Torres was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. That triple marked the first that he hit this season. Another player making a difference was Favor Maithe, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

Four Corners' record is now 9-4-1. As for Ridge Community, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-5.

Looking ahead, Four Corners will venture away from home to take on McKeel Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ridge Community, they will host George Jenkins at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
