Volleyball Recap: Polytechnic Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Polytechnic lost against Paschal back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Parrots came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0. The Parrots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-10, 25-9.

Paschal was led to victory by Ava Dyer and Ellie Raymond. Dyer had 13 digs and five assists, while Raymond had 23 assists. Dyer is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last 18 games she's played.

Polytechnic's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Paschal, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 18-15.

Coincidentally, Polytechnic and Paschal will both be playing South Hills the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Scorpions at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Parrots will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
