Softball Recap: Hillcrest Comes Up Short

Hillcrest fell victim to Evergreen Park and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 15-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Hawks in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost eight in a row.

Hillcrest's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Evergreen Park, the win got them back to even at 13-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillcrest will square off against Tinley Park at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Evergreen Park, they will face off against Stagg at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
