Basketball Recap: Space Coast Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Space Coast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 61-21 loss at the hands of the Eau Gallie Commodores. The Vipers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-7.

Isaiah Cuff had a dynamite game For Eau Gallie., shooting 86% from beyond the arc to rack up 28 points and six steals. Those six steals gave Cuff a new career-high. Justice George was another key player, going 5-for-8 on his way to 10 points.

Space Coast's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Eau Gallie, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Space Coast will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Holy Cross Lutheran Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 1. As for Eau Gallie, they will face off against Father Lopez at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
