Trey Meeks, Chiefland's leading hitter, solidified his role on Tuesday. Meeks was dialed in as he went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. He was up against Williston and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in March of 2024. Meeks has become a key player for Chiefland: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 7-9 otherwise.
