Red Boiling Springs is 0-3 against South Pittsburg since November of 2021 but things could change on Friday. The Bulldogs will head out on the road to take on the Pirates at 7:00 p.m.

While Red Boiling Springs is heading in to the contest without a win, things might be looking up considering their last matchup was the closest they've come to getting one. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 19-16 heartbreaker at the hands of Innovation Academy.

Meanwhile, South Pittsburg waltzed into their game on Friday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Tigers 49-0. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Pirates had established a 42-point advantage.

South Pittsburg's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Red Boiling Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.

Red Boiling Springs took a serious blow against South Pittsburg when the teams last played back in November of 2024, falling 60-0. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
