Baseball Preview: Warwick Warriors vs. Muhlenberg Muhls        
        
		
            The Warwick Warriors will challenge the Muhlenberg Muhls at 4:15  p.m.  on Thursday. Both come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
On Wednesday, Warwick beat Solanco 8-4. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Warriors.
Meanwhile, Muhlenberg won against Conrad Weiser  on Monday with six  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Wednesday. The Muhls never let Exeter Township get on the board and left with  a   6-0  win.
The result came thanks to  Cole Moody's shutout, as he gave up just a  hit and racked up six Ks. He also  tossed  no  earned runs, which is notable because Muhlenberg is 5-1 when he allows at  most  one  earned run, but 5-6 otherwise.
 On the hitting side,  Gavin Moody was  excellent,  going 3-for-4 with two  RBI, one  run,  and one  double. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high.  Cooper Burr was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with one  triple.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Muhlenberg  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. That's a new  trend for them: they were averaging 5.1  hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 matchups they've averaged 8.8.
 Muhlenberg pushed their record up to 10-7 with the  victory, which was their third straight  at home. Those  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Warwick, their victory bumped their record up to 4-13.
