Football Recap: Quaboag Regional Takes a Loss

Quaboag Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Quabbin Regional Panthers and fell 36-8. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 34-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Quaboag Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Quabbin Regional, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Quaboag Regional will look to defend their home field on Friday against Mahar Regional at 7:00 p.m. As for Quabbin Regional, they will head out to challenge Leicester at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
