Baseball Recap: Southeastern Prep Academy Comes Up Short

Southeastern Prep Academy lost to Inspiration Academy back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Southeastern Prep Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaythan Rivera, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Anthony Hernandez also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Southeastern Prep Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Inspiration Academy, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Southeastern Prep Academy will take on DME Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Inspiration Academy, they will challenge Ridge Community at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
