Roosevelt proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a set and slipped past the Seattle Prep Panthers 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

Roosevelt is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Seattle Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Roosevelt will face off against rival Bishop Blanchet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Seattle Prep is set to challenge their familiar foe Seattle Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
