Ouachita Parish is 9-0-1 against West Ouachita since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Ouachita Parish Lions will venture away from home to challenge the West Ouachita Chiefs at 7:15 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Ouachita Parish managed to keep up with Benton until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Ouachita Parish came up short against Benton, falling 4-0.

Meanwhile, West Ouachita kept a clean sheet against Buckeye on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Panthers. That's two games straight that the Chiefs have won by just one goal.

The victory got West Ouachita back to even at 10-10. As for Ouachita Parish, they now have a losing record at 8-9-2.

Everything went Ouachita Parish's way against West Ouachita when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as Ouachita Parish made off with an 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ouachita Parish since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
