Volleyball Recap: Parlier Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Parlier extended their losing streak to five on Wednesday, dropping them down to 1-6. They came up short against the Farmersville Aztecs, falling 3-0. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aztecs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

As for Farmersville, they now have a winning record of 7-6. That three set margin sets a new team best for them this season.

Farmersville was led to victory by Elizabeth Silva and Leila Juarez. Silva had six digs and three aces, while Juarez had ten digs. Juarez has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 17 times she's played.

Parlier didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Laton on the 16th. As for Farmersville, they have also already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Coalinga on the 13th.
