Lehigh is 7-2 against Naples since December of 2014 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Lehigh Lightning will welcome the Naples Golden Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Lehigh knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight contests -- so hopefully Naples likes a good challenge.

Last Saturday, Lehigh came up short against Gateway Charter and fell 81-74.

Meanwhile, Naples didn't have quite enough to beat Bishop Verot on Monday and fell 54-51. While losing is never fun, the Golden Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 376th, while the Vikings are ranked 125th).

Naples' defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-12. As for Lehigh, their loss ended an 11-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 20-3.

Lehigh beat Naples 64-56 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. Does Lehigh have another victory up their sleeve, or will Naples turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
