Basketball Recap: Kingston Comes Up Short

Kingston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Bainbridge Spartans, falling 69-36. While losing is never fun, the Buccaneers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 247th, while the Spartans are ranked 72nd).

Kingston's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Bainbridge, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Kingston will square off against Olympic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bainbridge has already played their next contest (against North Mason), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
