Calumet Christian posted their closest victory since May 14, 2024 on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Whiting Oilers 9-7. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Oilers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
