After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ottawa, Plano was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers by a score of 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for Plano as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Plano's victory bumped their record up to 3-14-1. As for LaSalle-Peru, they dropped their record down to 0-18-1 with the loss, which was their tenth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Plano will square off against Woodstock at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Woodstock's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for LaSalle-Peru, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Streator/Woodland on the 16th.
