After having lost a blowout in their previous game against La Canada, San Fernando was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They skirted past the Arleta Mustangs 6-5. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now won seven in a row.

San Fernando's win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Arleta, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Fernando will head out to face off against Poly at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Parrots have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.06 runs per game on average), something the Tigers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Arleta, they will square off against Chavez at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
