Soccer Recap: Mead Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Mead challenged Lewis & Clark on Friday. Mead came up short against Lewis & Clark, falling 7-2. Mead were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-2.

Mead's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-4. As for Lewis & Clark, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-0-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mead will host Central Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lewis & Clark, they will be playing at home against Richland at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
